Fusion Night at the Glass Box, Clevedon Pier

The Glass Box, Clevedon Pier, is excited to announce its first collaboration evening, in partnership, with Hill Road based eatery, Butterflies of Clevedon.

Fusion Night ‘South East Asian Food’, will take place on Thursday 3 March, 7:30pm.

Butterflies owner and chef, Mafe Tucker, has teamed up with the Glass Box Head Chef, Nicholas Thick, to create a 9-Course Set Taster Menu, for an exclusive number of diners, in the beautiful setting of the Glass Box, Clevedon Pier.

‘To work alongside another renowned chef from Clevedon, such as Mafe, for our first collaboration evening is wonderful, to showcase our skills and cook together, for the community, is a treat – We have enjoyed creating such a special menu for our diners to enjoy’ – Nicholas Thick, Head Chef, the Glass Box.

With traditional and bespoke creative dishes, spanning South East Asia, from the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and more!

Expect sumptuous delights, such as, Chicken Satay, Kinilaw (Philippines ceviche), Beef Rendang, Satay Sweet Potato, Pink Pitaya Cheesecake and much more!

There is limited availability for this special evening, with spaces expected to fill fast.

This special ‘collaboration evening’ is in support of Mafe, who will be launching a new business venture, ‘Pink Butterflies’, a new takeaway service, from the kiosk in Copse Park, opposite Clevedon Pier, this March.
