Brunel’s Hat Restaurant pays homage to Bristol’s most famous engineer, Isambard Kingdom Brunel. The restaurant was recently refurbished in 2012 offering a more relaxed dining experience, allowing guests to relax in plush green velvet booths. Serving delicious British classics the restaurant is open from breakfast through to dinner.

September 4, 2020 at 2:19 pmWe stayed at the hotel for a couple of days and both evenings we ate here for convenience however it was much more than just that. The food was delicious with a good selection and the staff were very hospitable. Would definitely recommend.
