With a peaceful and professional environment and outstanding views of the estuary from under the Pier, your meeting at the Porthole Room will be one to remember.

The room comes equipped with stylish furnishings and a state of the art projector screen/gesture wall, which can be customised depending on how you would like to present your meeting. Refreshments and light lunches can be provided by our partner caterers Tiffin.

We pride ourselves on giving each client the best service in our meeting facility from start to finish, ensuring you can focus on the important things.

For those looking for something different for that special occasion. A unique opportunity to hold your function seemingly underneath the Pier.

The stylish and well equipped room has a porthole window that gives a full length view under the structure, out to the estuary and beyond.

The room can comfortably hold up to 35 guests, and is a perfect venue for all types of occasion.

Why not use our state of the art gesture wall, one of only 2 in the country, to provide your guests with a fun and interactive experience? It can be adapted to provide a visual story told in pictures supplied by you.

Function Rates

Full day £300 – 8 hours
Half day £150 – 4 hours
Hour rate – £42
Hosted visit – £6 per person min 35 delegates, to include room hire, member of staff for the duration of your visit (max 4 hours), guided tour of Discover@thePier and short talk on the history of Clevedon Pier.

Gesture wall set up cost – £30
Decoration of room for customer including floral displays – TBA by arrangement

We are able to provide you with a list of recommended catering suppliers or alternatively you may provide your own, however we do not have access to any catering equipment or facilities.

Please note:

All catering/bar staff are supplied by our caterers, however our Pier staff and volunteers will be more than happy to assist you during your visit.
