Cotto Wine Bar and Kitchen Verified listing

Opened in 2018 as part of the Bianchis group under the watchful eye of Ruth Harvey, Cotto began as La Sorella.

As the years went by Cotto, which means “cooked” was born.

On one side we have an intimate dining room with an open kitchen and on the other side, a casual wine bars with higher seating for the drifters.

Using traditional methods of cooking that have been passed down for generations we believe that in these humble classics there is something for everyone.

Everything you see on our menu has been lovingly created by our team of passionate chefs. Using the best local meat, fish, dairy and vegetables. We also work closely with some very reputable Bristol based importers for the excellent Italian and Spanish goods you may see on the menu.

Cotto is relaxed, perfect for a first date or a pre theatre bowl of “nonnas” style pasta.

The wine list is extensive with gems from over the world but more focused on Italian legends.
