Moored in Bristol’s historic harbour, Grain Barge is a relaxed spot for enjoying delicious food made from locally-sourced seasonal ingredients, with our extensive range of craft beers, local ciders and wines.
We serve delicious, honest food that celebrates the best seasonal produce from local farms and suppliers. Our mission to work as sustainably as we can informs all our choices; who we work with, the ingredients in our ever changing menus, and the drinks we pour at our bar.
We serve locally sourced veg focused dishes, highlighting the produce from our own 5 Acre Farm. When using fish and meat we chose MSC certified, and hyper-local beef from Kelly’s in Chew Magna.
Drink
Enjoy a range of craft beers, lagers and ciders from some of the UK’s most exciting independent breweries. Our selection of cask and keg ales includes award-winning beers from Bristol Beer Factory, plus a carefully curated roster of guest breweries.

Accessibility
Due to the unique nature of the venue, access to Grain Barge is via a narrow walkway and a flight of steps. Therefore, the bar/restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.
Outdoor areas
Soak up the incredible views from our large top deck, or watch the world go by from an outside bench, located just off the main bar.
