The Grand Pier is accessible for wheelchair users and can cater for anyone with other specific access requirements. Parking is available right opposite The Grand Pier in the Sovereign Centre car park, and the X1 bus stops on the bus stop directly outside. All buses can accommodate one wheelchair.
The Grand Pier is based on two floors with lift and escalator access to both floors. Restaurant and cafes are all situated on the ground floor with step free access.

Noise-reducing headphones and tinted glasses can be obtained from the Grand Café till on the ground floor of the pavilion, as well as the Gift Shop till located on the 1st floor. A small deposit of £5 is required, and customers may keep hold of the items for the duration of one day.
