Description
From burials and interments in our woodland cemetery to funeral services in our non-denominational chapel and reception rooms; our funeral directors, celebrants and catering team are here for you.
If you feel that the fleeting experience at the crematorium doesn’t allow for proper farewell, the answer is a morning or afternoon burial service at the Memorial Woodlands chapel and reception rooms, which costs no more than the average 30-minute cremation.
Our facilities provide the serene setting for a dignified and unique funeral or cremation service. Following the service guests can relax and reminisce whilst we provide refreshments and a buffet lunch in our reception rooms. There is no rush at Memorial Woodlands, our facilities including the private garden are yours, and yours alone.
Our funeral directors will support and guide you with the highest standards– before, during, and after the funeral.
The UK funeral market turns over more than £2 billion each year and provides little, if anything, of lasting value. By reimagining burial as a way of creating nature reserves the death and loss of a loved one helps create a living memorial for future generations. Creating a woodland burial ground, with the planting of native trees, provides a legacy for the future and is the most environmentally friendly option. Families have a special place where they can go and spend time reflecting and remembering their loved one.
We also now offer live streaming services for loved ones who can’t make the celebration.
Woodland plots for ashes interment start at £975 and our Simple Funeral Plan is only £2990.
