Supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs in your community.

Milestones Trust are a local not-for-profit charitable organisation with a 36-year history of offering safe, person-centered support to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

The Trust was formed in 1986 as the local long stay hospitals started to close and people moved into local communities. We now run services throughout Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset.

We support more than 550 people in specialist residential, nursing and supported living services. We also support people through our community recovery services, respite services, day care and day opportunities groups.

Community Projects
We want the people we support to live fulfilling lives and play an active role within their local communities, and we run a number of projects which enable people to do this. These include our Warmley Wheelers accessible cycling scheme, the Music Train live music sessions, and our Expressions creative art sessions.

These Community Projects run events throughout the year.
