Glenn is a retired professional boxer, with a successful and illustrious career spanning over14 years, culminating in becoming the Super Middleweight Champion of the World.

The primary purpose of this presentation to students is to share some of the techniques and strategies that Glenn employed to become a Champion, with the intention that the students can emulate the techniques for their future clients.

These talks are always well received, with students often commenting how much they enjoy both the first-hand account of my success and it’s entertaining delivery.

Glenn credits his success to the Hypnotherapy I received and now provide inspirational and engaging talks to Hypnotherapy training schools, demonstrating the effect that the therapy has on sports performance. During my days as a Professional I won a number of prestigious Championship titles, including:1997 – The WBC International Middleweight Title1998 – The British Middleweight Title1998 – The WBO Inter-Continental Super Middleweight Title1998 - The IBF Inter-Continental Super Middleweight Title 2000 – The WBC Super Middleweight Champion of the World.

The Former WBC Super-Middleweight Champion of the World (Glenn Catley), who on his own admission, wasn’t the most naturally gifted or talented Boxer to lace up the gloves, however he achieved extra-ordinary things, by establishing & harnessing concrete proof Confidence through using visualisation !
