Pazzo has something for everyone!
Opening in 2023 in the legendary spot where Bar Humbug used to serve Whiteladies Road, Dominic and Ben of Bianchis Group decided to they needed another playground to showcase their creativity, madness and passion for all things Italian and surrounding areas.
Pazzo means crazy and some of these dishes truly are, but extremely naughty and filling. Accompany by a lovely cocktail and wine list, you’d be a fool not to take advantage of that sun soaked terrace or cosy middle room in front of the bar.
Our kitchen is led by Italian cuisine whilst influenced by the many cultures that have settled here in our brilliantly diverse city of Bristol, our chefs create menus with a freedom to express a multitude of flavours.
