Description
Seamus O’donnells, an Irish pub in the heart of Bristol.
Seamus O’donnells is a traditional Irish pub close to St Nicholas Market in the old city, offering a friendly greeting to all who visit. It’s so good to see one of the last traditional pubs thriving in a world of bistros and wine bars, and comforting to know Seamus is waiting to welcome the weary shopper or tourist.
Seamus O’Donnell’s are pleased to announce we are now showing Premier Sports and will be showing all the GAA games that are available!
Serving one of the best pints of Guinness in Bristol, even the Irish who visit say it’s taste is the closest anywhere to that of home! Real cask ales, local ciders and selection of wines, Seamus O’donnells has something to offer everyone who steps through their door. On a cold day it’s nice to sit next to the warm fire, with a hot Irish whiskey toddy, and read the daily newspaper, or challenge the friends or bar staff to a game of jenga.
For the brave of heart, real Irish Poteen is available to try here which, until recently was illegal in Ireland- and at 70 per cent you’ll realise why. They will only serve you one per day, just enough to have you doing an Irish jig.
We regularly have live music, check our events or Facebook page for details.
