    Description

    "Magic & Comedy Theatre Pub"

Step into our secret theatre and enjoy close-up magic, comedy, burlesque and more.

1920’s themed theatre hosting performances from some of the UK’s best-established acts and up and coming stars

From the outside, Smoke and Mirrors is a traditional pub, but step inside, and you’ll find a 1920’s themed theatre hosting performances from some of the UK’s best established acts and up and coming stars.

Located on Bristol’s historic Denmark Street, Smoke and Mirrors serves a selection of the best beers, ales and ciders and delicious stone-baked pizzas.

At the back of the pub, you’ll discover our intimate 46-seater theatre where we host performances six nights a week from some of the UK’s best established act and up and coming stars of music, magic, comedy and burlesque.

The theatre is home to Bristol’s #1 event, The House Magicians Comedy & Magic

Show. Some of the legendary names from the world of magic include AGT ‘The Real Sherlock Holmes’ Colin Cloud, 4 times FISM winner Matthew Wright, Las Vegas headliner Jeff McBride, BGT’s Jamie Raven, Matt Edwards and John Archer. We’re also proud to have hosted comedy shows from leading performers, including Helen Bauer, Esther Manito, Russel Kane, Russel Howard, Alan Carr, Jon Richardson, Rob Becket and Romesh Ranganathan.

We’re Bristol’s best nightspot. Don’t believe us? Check out our 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor.

If you’ve visiting Bristol for a day, or have lived here all your life, make sure you visit Smoke and Mirrors.
