Now on the shelves…Sophia ….Stored in ex-bourbon oak barrels and aged for 3 years, Sofia is packed full of personality and flavour. Boasting notes of oak, tobacco, coffee, vanilla and banana, each sip brings the flavours of freshly cut sugar cane and the tastes of its Colombian heritage. We believe these flavours speak for themselves, which is why our rum contains zero grams of added sugar.
