Our Process

Initial Consultation
We begin by getting to know you, your home, and how you use your space. During your initial consultation, we explore your ideas, style preferences, and functional needs. This helps us establish a clear design direction and ensures your new kitchen is tailored to your lifestyle and the way you live.

Home Survey
Once you’re ready to proceed, we carry out a detailed home survey or in-store appointment. This allows us to take accurate measurements, understand any architectural considerations, and gather everything we need to create a precise, well-planned design for your kitchen.

Design Presentation
Your ideas come to life through a carefully prepared design presentation, including layout plans, 3D visuals, material choices and a detailed quotation. We walk you through every element of the design, refine it together, and ensure the final layout aligns perfectly with your vision, budget and practical needs.

Supply & Support
Once approved, we supply all kitchen components and provide full support to you and your chosen installer. From technical drawings to delivery coordination, we help ensure your supply-only kitchen installation runs smoothly and your finished space looks and functions exactly as intended.
