The Park Bakery is an independent, small business. We offer traditional baked goods with a modern twist. We sell a large range of products including freshly baked breads, warm coffee, pre-packed sandwiches, savoury and sweet pastries, focaccia sandwiches, drinks and homemade cakes. Our star products are our delicious cinnamon buns, rosemary and sea salt focaccias, maple pecan slices, and our focaccia pizza slices. We also have a range of vegan options.

As a business, we are passionate about sustainable and ethically sourced produce. Our coffees are made using Oddkin's coffee beans, which are sourced, roasted and packed with love in Bristol. Our bread and cakes are made using flour from Gloucester based Shipton Mill, and Essex based Marriage's flour.

All of our produce is made in our St John's Lane store. It is located only 5 minutes from North Street and has been open for many years. It is brought to our North Street store fresh daily.
