We The Curious
Located at Millennium Square on Bristol’s Harbourside, We The Curious is an educational charity and one of the UK’s most innovative science centres. Our mission is to connect people through creative experiences that celebrate the unknowns in science, encouraging exploration, play, and imagination.
What We Offer
Over 200 interactive exhibits: Visitors can fly through space, turn invisible, or step inside a giant bubble, all in one afternoon.
The UK’s only 3D Planetarium: A state-of-the-art dome where guests can journey to the stars, explore the cosmos, and experience astronomy in breath taking detail.
Workshops and experiments: Our programming spaces are alive with activities tackling big questions, from climate change to everyday science puzzles.
Inclusive experiences: We are committed to accessibility and inclusion, ensuring everyone can enjoy and participate in science discovery.
Our Values
"It’s not just our mission to inspire people about science, but for science to be inspired by people."
We The Curious is guided by a set of pledges that shape everything we do:
Cultivate Curiosity: Inspiring wonder through interactive learning.
Include Everyone: Removing barriers to participation and ensuring accessibility.
Open City Research: Collaborating with communities and researchers to share knowledge.
Sustainable Futures: Embedding sustainability into our operations and exhibits.
Build Resilience: Supporting communities and individuals in developing confidence through science.
