We give you a totally professional and personal service at a price you can afford. BAWA can offer a variety of rooms in which to host your wedding reception - as well as your evening celebration afterwards!

You can select a room based on the seating and atmosphere you require. From the superb Ballroom for larger weddings, to the Pavilion Lounge with its views out over fields and parkland through to the Concorde Room with its flexible seating - the choice is yours.

Ballroom
The biggest of the social areas, the Ballroom will accommodate a large party in air-conditioned comfort, with the added benefit of a very grand sprung wooden dance floor. The Ballroom is very adaptable and looks superb in any one of a variety of seating arrangements. Up to 350 people can be accommodated for your evening celebration. The Ballroom is an extremely popular venue, and if you choose this room you can be sure your event will be exceptionally well received.

Concorde Room
Fully equipped with excellent bar facilities and a dance floor, the Concorde Room can accommodate up to 250 people. Being more compact than the Ballroom, it offers parties slightly smaller in number an ideal venue for their reception. The large windows overlooking the sports field along with the upholstered seating that can be arranged to suit your needs give the Concorde Room a light and modern feel. This fully air-conditioned venue has been popular with BAWA customers and if this is your choice a memorable day is assured.

Pavilion Lounge
The Pavilion Lounge is a first floor room with views over our 30 acre sports field. It has a delightful balcony and meeting area which are highlights of any reception held in it. Fully air-conditioned, the room is equipped with a bar and is the ideal venue for your wedding or social occasion. We are happy to provide the seating arrangement of your choice and the Pavilion Lounge can accommodate up to 130 guests depending on your choice of seating arrangements. A lift is available in the foyer for your guests should you choose this room as your preferred venue.

Car Parking
With facilities for over 350 cars your guests will have no problem parking. The parking area is immediately adjacent to the main BAWA building so access is very easy.
