Whitehall Tavern
(Over 18s only)
The Whitehall Tavern is a relaxed neighbourhood pub in Bristol where people feel welcome as soon as they step inside. The atmosphere is easygoing, and both the staff and the locals are known for being chatty and good company. Many visitors say they pop in for a quick pint and end up staying longer because it feels so comfortable.
The pub has a good reputation for value. Drinks at The Whitehall Tavern are sensibly priced, with plenty of choice on tap and in bottles. There are snacks if you want something to go with your drink. The garden is another favourite spot, helped by a colourful mural that gives it a bit of charm and makes it a pleasant place to sit outside on a warm day.
Inside, you will find a pool table and dart boards. People often mention how funny the staff and regulars are, and how the pub has a calm, safe feel. Many locals speak warmly about the landlord and landlady, saying they help make The Whitehall Tavern one of the friendliest pubs in Bristol.
Whitehall Tavern Meat Raffle
The Whitehall Tavern hosts a meat raffle at 4.30pm every Sunday, with meat prizes from Daultons Butchers.

Prices are good, friendly atmosphere, great staff, and all the drinks are kept well. Try the Butcombe.
My favourite drinking establishment.
